Personalised prints
Because every print is made to your design, the 14-day "change of mind" cancellation right doesn't apply to it (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 28(1)(b)). You can still cancel free of charge until your order goes into production: email us straight away with your order reference. Orders go to our print partner soon after payment, so the sooner the better.
Spotted a typo after ordering?
For 2 hours after you pay, you can fix the wording yourself on your order page (the link is in your confirmation email); your print goes to our print partner when that time is up. After that, email us straight away with your order reference: if your print hasn't gone into production yet we'll correct it free of charge.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as you approved it, send us a photo within 30 days (use "Report a problem" on your order page, or email us) and we'll reprint it free or refund you in full. You don't need to send it back. After 30 days you still have your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: tell us about a fault whenever you find it and we'll reprint the item or, if we can't, give you a full or partial refund.
Lost in the post
If your order hasn't arrived 10 working days after it was dispatched, tell us ("Report a problem" on your order page, or email us) and we'll reprint it free or refund it.
Digital downloads
Digital downloads are delivered immediately after payment. At checkout you ask us to deliver them straight away and acknowledge that your 14-day cancellation right ends once your files are delivered (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 37); your order confirmation repeats this. If a file is faulty or doesn't match the preview you approved, email us and we'll fix it or, if we can't, refund you. Please tell us as soon as you notice.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Once we've sent a refund, it normally shows on your statement within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
