From OpenStreetMap, the community-built map of the world. We draw the streets, railways, rivers, coastlines and parks ourselves, and every print carries the credit “© OpenStreetMap contributors”. It's very detailed and kept up to date by volunteers, but very new roads or small paths may occasionally be missing.

Prints and framed prints are made to order in the UK in 1–3 working days and then take 2–4 working days to arrive, so usually 3–7 working days in all. You'll get an email with tracking when it's dispatched. Digital downloads arrive by email within minutes.

Free for anything framed. Unframed prints are £3.95 per order to a UK address. Digital downloads are, naturally, free.

Physical prints currently ship to UK addresses only. Digital downloads work anywhere in the world, handy for family abroad.

A3 unframed prints (29.7 × 42 cm), framed 30 × 40 cm prints with a white mount, and framed 50 × 70 cm prints. Frames come in black, white, natural oak or antique gold. Our 30 × 40 cm and 50 × 70 cm frames follow the standard 12 × 16 in and 20 × 28 in sizes.

Yes. Every extra print or framed print in the same order is 15% off, applied automatically in your basket. The Our Story set (three framed prints) is £199.

Of course. You'll get a print-ready A3 PDF and a 300 dpi PNG. Ask your print shop for A3 at actual size on a matt or fine art paper. Digital files are for your own use and gifts, not for resale.

For 2 hours after you pay, you can fix the wording yourself on your order page (the link is in your confirmation email). After that, email us straight away with your order reference: if your print hasn't gone into production yet, we'll correct it for free.

Open your order page and press “Report a problem”, add a photo within 30 days, and we'll reprint it free or refund you in full. You don't need to send anything back.

Use Find my order (the link is at the foot of every page): type the email you ordered with and we'll send you a link to each order's page, with its progress, tracking and downloads.

Because every print is made to your design, the usual 14-day change-of-mind right doesn't apply once it's in production. Your statutory rights for faulty or damaged goods are unaffected. See our returns policy for details.

No. You can design and order without one. If you create an account and stay logged in, your orders and designs are kept together on your account page.
